Jack and I took Rilee to Boardman Lake Trail tonight for a walk. It was beautiful today... bright blue sky, sun, temps in the low 60s. You can just start to see the green in the woods.
Rilee and I walked at our own pace while Jack put in his run for the night. (Jack joined the running club at BP, and is currently training for a 5K).
This was Rilee's second "real" walk... meaning going for a walk somewhere other than around the rental house! She did GREAT! Unlike our previous dogs, she didn't pull on the leash, walked mostly right beside me and frequently looked at me to make sure we were still going to move forward. It was actually a relaxing walk... and that was sooooo nice!
The above pictures are of the Boardman Lake Trail... obviously not "spring" pictures, but you get the idea.
Wow, this looks real pretty with the woods and blue water. Bet Rilee loved sniffing the trail.
