Dizzy spells at work today landed me in the nurses office... again. Turns out I still have a bladder infection AND my blood pressure was very high. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm also coming down with a sore throat and cold! We think that my blood pressure was up from cold medicine I'd taken. So... no more over-the counter cold meds for me! I've been told that an allergy pill and a Tylenol will suffice. My blood pressure will be monitored for the next week... fun, fun, fun... NOT!!
So now that it's been a few days, how's your blood pressure? Hope it's coming down to normal.
