Sandpit

We live in a sandpit... literally we do right now.  Our property is deep, deep sand. Great for drainage, but not so great when you're living on top of a hill.  Right now we are fast and furious working to get several slopes under erosion control.  In the mean time, walking around the "yard" can be a bit hazardous... I almost stepped on this little guy!  Next day I saw a bigger one laying up against our newly paved driveway. Soaking in the heat I'm sure!
