Frustrated

In the last week we've had numerous issues pop up at the house.  We already have a "to do" list we are working through, so these new "issues" are really starting to frustrate and annoy me.
And yes, all can be fixed, but my complaint is these things should not be happening at all... we're in a NEW house!

1. Piece of decorative stone fell off the front of the barn.
2. Cable on barn garage door opener got all tangled up and Hubby had to release it to get the door to close.  Garage guys came out and replaced the cable.
3. House garage door shows three spots that were touch up painted that have now yellowed since we've had some heat and sun.  The entire top panel is being replaced, which is what should have been done to start... you don't "touch up paint" a brand new garage door!
4. Siding on the front porch near a beam has cracked and is lifting away from the house.  Going to have to replace a couple boards of siding.
5. Kitchen cupboard near sink is pulling away from the wall... the cupboard is actually coming apart!  Entire cupboard is going to be replaced... in the mean time I have to take everything out of it and wait for the new one... which will take about 3 weeks!

Why did we want another house?!
