Final Inspection

Final inspection... more like final torture to the homeowner.  The things that have to be done (if only temporarily) to pass some of the building codes is utterly ridiculous!  This was such a crazy time for us I didn't get a picture of what they made us do to the front porch, but I did get a pic of the back deck where we were forced into having a second hand rail installed... one that you could wrap your hand around!  Needless to to say it's coming down next Spring when the weather gets warmer... we'll have to replace four posts that the handles were drilled into!
