"The" location is not the location from my post on February 8th. To make a long story short... we really liked the property; the view was sweet! However, we got 10 pages of building restrictions... which creates an uphill battle that we doubt we'd be able to make work. So the search continues... and we are now looking at a smaller piece of property (1.46 acres to be exact) on a secluded cul-de-sac with only 7 other lots, each over 1 acre. We've walked the property and both of us really like it. It doesn't have a view of the bay... but it is surrounded by hardwood trees and rolling hills creating a view with that "up North" feel. Did I mention this is on a PAVED road?!?! Many of the properties we've looked at haven't been on paved roads... so this is a bonus!
We've reviewed the building restrictions, etc., and believe this property (on Abbie Lane) could be "the" location. We're working on an offer with our realtor... let's hope our search is almost over!

ReplyDeleteAre you two reasonably certain that the "view" will remain? Of course, I'm sure TC doesn't have the growth of Central Ohio. But when I consider how many places around here USED to have a "view" and now don't have a view you would want, I've gotta wonder.
