You always hear location, location, location, when talking real estate. Well... we think we might have found the location we'd like to call "ours". It's 3.4 acres with a hill to position a house on top of... giving you a unique view of the bay... as seen in the picture.
The property has a mix of hardwood, spruce and pine trees. It's close to town - meaning quick drive to work!, close to snowmobile trails - so very important to Hubby, close to our church, and on the right side of town to easily head to our property in the Eastern U.P., or hit the freeway to make trips back to Ohio (not that we are planning to head back to Ohio much... HA HA!!)
We're waiting on some final information from our realtor, and once we evaluate that info, I think we'll be ready to make an offer. This property has been for sale for more than a year... hopefully that will be advantageous for us!
