Met with U Build It recently... which means we are moving forward with the idea of building a house instead of buying an existing house. You know me... too picky. So... U Build It is home building done our way... our design, our ideas, our choices, enabled by their expert home construction consultants who will help us build our own home. We'll act as the General Contractor. I believe it will be a very involved process... but I also believe we'll get exactly what we want and save some money. We used Help-U-Sell to sell our house in Ohio... handling all our own showings, etc. Using U Build It seems like a logical step for us.
Sounds like a logical decision. Do you have the property bought? What type of appliances are you buying...Maytag? They will be carrying our latest bells & whistles since Sears & Whirlpool no longer are partners!
