Today we walked two possible property sites via snowshoes! The snowshoeing was fun; the property sites were disappointing. The site I thought was going to be "the one" was FAR from it, in fact we knocked it off our list (not that our list has many options anyway!)
The second piece of property we looked at is, ok... but it's a flag lot (blah) with a 600' easement to get back to it! Not crazy about having a 600'+ driveway! It's convenient to town and snowmobile trails; but I was hoping for a bit more privacy and seclusion... which could be attained by planting trees. We know the seller is "highly motivated" and has recently dropped the price significantly. Still... it doesn't "wow" me; therefore, the search goes on...
I love that picture of your hubby. Is that the "thumbs up sign"? Haha - he cracks me up!!

ReplyDeleteIf that is his signature pose, I am sad my wedding photographer did not capture that moment for eternity :( We do have a good "dancing" picture!! Haha!!
