And Again...

Just when the grass was starting to come in real nice - we get another torrential rain storm Monday night... and yes, you guessed it, the slope we've had issues with washed out again.  I think this is major washout #4.  So... the drain and drain pipes recently added didn't cut it.  The washout isn't as huge as it's been in the past, but it's still a major problem.  Back to the drawing board...
