Today was hubby's birthday! But he didn't get to relax or celebrate much... yet! Maybe this weekend?
Since we just got the washout repaired this week, we spent the evening planting some bushes the neighbor offered us. Hubby had to dig them out of the neighbor's yard, and I planted them. Then we threw down some grass seed and straw. Please, oh please, let this be the last time we have to deal with this hill!
So back to the birthday thing... Hubby did get to enjoy some fresh fruit tonight. And anyone who knows me well knows there's hardly ever fruit in our house! Hubby got an edible arrangement today (from me). He said it was so good he could have eaten the entire thing in one sitting... but he didn't, he's saving the rest for breakfast tomorrow!

Jack, you are always doing something around your new house, it all looks good though. You can feel proud, it is a beautiful place. You too Bonnie, I know you have been right out there helping.
