To Build Or Not To Build...

UPDATE:  We have been less than thrilled with the bank we've been talking to and based on recent communications Hubby and I decided to pull the plug... so for now we "wait"... maybe next Spring we'll break ground, maybe not... I've got an extreme amout of patience on this... not sure how that is possible... lol!!

Dealing with banks right now to get a construction loan we can be happy with is taking its toll on both Hubby and I.  Bait and switch, not getting answers in a timely manner and continually asking for info we have already provided are just some of the issues... we are making progress, but it is painfully S-L-O-W!!!  We are still hoping to pull this off and be breaking ground next month... keeping our fingers crossed and praying a lot!
