Tappin The Keg

Hubby's trying his hand at whiskey!  Today we tapped the keg for a first taste... it's been aging for four months.  First taste... well, it's got good color and it's pretty smooth... it's also pretty strong (125 proof)!  Packs some heat!  Gonna let it age another month and see how it is...
