Tonight was "date night". Hubby and I have decided to go out on a "date" once a month. It could be going to a movie, trying a new restaurant, or anything else we both agree on. The point being the two of us get out for a little time together. This month's date was trying a new restaurant... the Boathouse at Bower's Harbor.
The Boathouse is the only restaurant on Old Mission Peninsula located on the water. You can experience a Filet Mignon that is in the top five percent of beef in the world...Kobe beef from Japan, which is renowned for it's flavor, tenderness and fatty well-marbled texture. Needless to say we had to try it; and it was wonderful!
We'll certainly be visiting the Boathouse again...
